CONDITIONS

Any attempt at fraud will be handed over to the appropriate authorities. And Shampoodle AB reserves the right to stop any purchase it deems as suspect. Shampoodle AB cannot guarantee the color of items since all computer monitors show colors in different ways. However, if you are unhappy with any purchase, just return it to us and we will send you a new item or refund your purchase (see returns)
Shampoodle AB's liability should always be limited to the purchase value.


PRICES

All prices are inclusive of 25% Swedish sales tax. Shampoodle AB reserves the right to adjust prices because of changes to currencies, tax, fees and such. All orders placed for international delivery may be subjected to customs duties taxes or other fees that the buyer will be responsible for. All prices are excluding shipping costs, as these will be added at checkout.
If you are buying from outside the EU, no VAT will be charged. The price will reflect this once you are registred and logged in from a country outside the EU.

PAYMENT WITH CREDIT- / DEBIT CARDS
We use Dibs for credit card purchases (Visa, Mastercard).
The payment is handled by dibs-se using secure encryption.
Your data is sent directly to the bank and can only be read by your bank.
No charges will be added for credit card purchaces.
In the case of any returns or other repayments, the money will be transferred back to your card.

PAYMENT WITH CASH ON DELIVERY
Cash on Delivery is only available within Sweden. If you use this method you will receive a slip from your local post office where you can pay and pick up your package. When using this payment method an extra 50 SEK will be added to your bill. COD packages that are not picked up will incure an extra charge of 300:-SEK


RETURN- & EXCHANGES

You have full right to return or exchange within 14 days from the receipt of the goods provided it is unused and returned in undamaged condition.
The return shipping cost is payed for by you. If there should be any faults on the goods we will reimburse you for the return shipping.
Please fill out our RETURN FORM before returning anything to get all the information you need. As soon as we have received the goods and approved the return we will pay you back or send a new item depending on your choice.
Swedish consumer law applies to all purchases within the EU, and in most respects to all other purchases. Read more at the swedish consumer affiars authority - Konsument verket (in English).
Please note that you are responsinle for the safe return of your goods. Please make sure they are packed right and if needed, sent with a tracable service.

RETURNING AN ITEM
If you return your purchase within 14 days you are eligable for a full return. We will reimburse your card or paypal account with the full amount, minus shipping. The item has to be unused, and you are paying for the return shipping. Please fill out our RETURN FORM before returning anything to get all the information you need.

EXCHANGING AN ITEM
You can return an item and chose a new one within 14 days form your receipt of your order, the item has to be unsused and undamaged. If you want an exchage you have to pay for the return shipping. Please fill out our RETURN FORM before returning anything to get all the information you need.

RETURNING A FAULTY ITEM
If you are returning an item that is faulty, Please fill out our RETURN FORM before returning anything to get all the information you need. Please follow the instructions you receive to return the item as soon as possible. If it is faulty we will replace it, or if the item is sold out, reimburse you. If you have recceived an item that is faulty, or received the wrong item, we will reimburse you for the return shipping.


TRANSPORT DAMAGES

If it looks like your package has been damaged in transport, please tell the shipping company directly, and contact us at shop@shampoodle.com. Shampoodle AB or the shipping company will cover the damages an all shippments from Shampoodle to you.


SALES TO MINORS

Most of our items are for kids, but we do not sell to minors. If you are a minor, please ask your parents to order for you.


PRIVACY

We make every effort to guard your personal details such as name, address, email that you submit to us. Any information will only be used within Shampoodle AB, and will be handled in accordance with the Swedish PUL. To change any details please do that under “my account” or send us an email at shop@shampoodle.com. Occasionally we send out emails to let you know of new products or sales. If you do not wish to receive such messages, please let us know.


FORCE MAJEURE

Shampoodle AB should not be held liable if we can not fulfill our obligations due to any actions beyond our control such as war, acts of terror, union action, weather etc. that Shampoodle AB has not had the opportunity to anticipate or avoid.
