Any attempt at fraud will be handed over to the appropriate authorities. And Shampoodle AB reserves the right to stop any purchase it deems as suspect.
Shampoodle AB cannot guarantee the color of items since all computer monitors show colors in different ways. However, if you are unhappy with any purchase, just return it to us and we will send you a new item or refund your purchase (see returns).

Prices

All prices are inclusive of 25% Swedish sales tax. Shampoodle AB reserves the right to adjust prices because of changes to currencies, tax, fees and such. All orders placed for international delivery may be subjected to customs duties taxes or other fees that the buyer will be responsible for.
All prices are excluding shipping costs, as these will be added at checkout.

Shipping

We use fixed shipping costs.
Within Sweden FREE for orders over 1000:- otherwise 50 SEK ≈ € 5,00 ≈ $ 6.50
Europe 110 SEK ≈ € 11 ≈ $ 14
USA / Oceania / Russia / Japan 160 SEK ≈ € 16 ≈ $ 20
All orders are sent as letters within 5 days.

Payment

Payment is made by credit card, PayPal or pre-payment. Within Sweden you can also use Cash-on-Delivery.

Credit Card

We use Certitrade for credit card purchases (Visa, Mastercard, Diners).
The payment is handled by certitrade.net using secure encryption.
Your data is sent directly to the bank and can only be read by your bank. No charges will be added for credit card purchaces.
In the case of any returns or other repayments, the money will be transferred back to your card.

Cash On Delivery

Cash on Delivery is only available within Sweden. If you use this method you will receive a slip from your local post office where you can pay and pick up your package. When using this payment method an extra 50 SEK will be added to your bill. COD packages that are not picked up will incure an extra charge of 300:-SEK

Exchanges

You have full right to return or exchange within 14 days from the receipt of the goods provided it is unused and returned in undamaged condition.
The return shipping cost is payed for by you. If there should be any faults on the goods we will reimburse you for the return shipping.
Please contact us at shop@shampoodle.com before returning it to get all the information you need. As soon as we have received the goods and approved the return we will pay you back or send a new item depending on your choice.

Privacy

We make every effort to guard your personal details such as name, address, email that you submit to us. Any information will only be used within Shampoodle AB, and will be handled in accordance with the Swedish PUL.
To change any details please do that under “my account” or send us an email at shop@shampoodle.com. Occasionally we send out emails to let you know of new products or sales. If you do not wish to receive such messages, please let us know.

Force Majeure

Shampoodle AB should not be held liable if we can not fulfill our obligations due to any actions beyond our control such as war, acts of terror, union action, weather etc. that Shampoodle AB has not had the opportunity to anticipate or avoid.
